International cooperation activities in training at the American University in Vietnam - AUV bring many benefits to students, promote academic exchange, and help international students learn about the intersection of media and culture in different countries. Through it, AUV students are always encouraged to study, exchange cultures, and travel abroad trip programs at AUV’s partner universities and students from partner universities can easily come to AUV to learn about Vietnamese tradition and culture. Especially, ​The American University in Vietnam AUV was delighted to welcome Virginia Commonwealth University students from the school’s advertising and public relations tracks on the first day of class in Danang, Vietnam. As part of a two-week study abroad trip, the VCU students explored cultural and historic sites, participated in culinary and hospitality classes, met industry leaders in mass communication in Vietnam, and documented their experiences in the style of a media influencer to share with future travellers and scholars.

The programme offered a good chance for students of the countries to learn about the traditional cultures of Vietnam as well as the sound relations, solidarity and friendship, helping to promote the special friendships between youths of the world.
